This is the third time we have screened a film about the enigmatic Camino Trail and its walkers, all because so many of you have trekked it and want to revisit that sacred trip and all the mystery and spirit that surrounds it.

This documentary focuses on a group of six pilgrims from Australia and New Zealand, each with their own reason for undertaking the challenge, and their experience of the 800km trail. A reflective, uplifting work that takes in life, love, loss and friendship, this is a tale of everyday people doing the extraordinary.

The directors have assembled a fascinating small group of travellers, and how the journey unfolds is an emotional but enriching pleasure to behold. Very deep, very human, and of course, visually spectacular – Camino Skies is enchanting on many levels.
