Film Festival Opening Night: Róise & Frank

Full Moon Film Festival opening night: Róise & Frank

We are thrilled to open Full Moon 2022 with another wonderful Collective screening, the last port of call for this Film Hub NI tour.
This is a beauty of a film, a real shaggy dog story with a huge heart. Sweet-natured and touching, this gentle comedy tells the tale of heartbroken Co. Waterford widow Róise, still coming to terms with the passing of her husband, Frank. In danger of becoming a recluse, a stray dog turns up at her door and she soon takes the notion that her new furry friend is her late hubby reincarnated, Frank The Dog. This comedy-drama will have you laughing, but there might not be a dry eye in the house by the end. Gloriously warming stuff for all the family, fans of man’s best friend and hurlers.
