Two Tickets to Greece

With the shortening of the days, a sunny, optimistic caper is just the tonic. Directed by Marc Fitoussi of Call My Agent! fame, this free-wheeling comedy of female friendship takes us to ‘The Big Blue’ island of Amorgos where two 40-somethings are rekindling their teenage friendship. Free-spirit, agent of chaos Magalie (Laure Calamy) and reserved beige-wearing Blandine (Olivia Côte) clash and exasperate their way to a denouement of realisations brokered by a third friend, Bijou (Kristin Scott Thomas) that reveal some home-truths about grief, getting old and making the most of the time we have. All in gorgeous settings.
